What was your 1st Pipe Smoking Experience?

Last fall on a whim I bought a MM straight cob with a tin of Early Morning Pipe. It's been a life altering experience, I find time every day to just stop and enjoy not just the amazing tobacco's available for pipes, but the world around me. Sometimes just having an excuse to slow down and "smell...

New Pipe Smokers: You Have My Respect

I've found forums to be super helpful in recommendations for techniques and for tobaccos to try. The single best move i've made so far is buying a lot of corncobs to try new tobaccos in to ensure I don't ghost the pipes I smoke daily.

@donatello: I found this info that was linked from the pipeman's handbook that has helped me enjoy flake tobacco. I used to rub it out like a heathen, I now appreciate the work and history behind flake tobaccos! SKOL. http://mac-baren.com/how-to-fill-a-pipe

I read this as a primer to pipe smoking and thoroughly enjoyed it! I did not write it nor can I take credit for it any way but I definately enjoyed the topics covered and appreciate the time it took the writer to compile this information. SKOL. https://app.box.com/s/oulxnfvdud1rhni4tjqq

I Think I'm In Love, A Pipe Review

I have only been enjoying pipes for 6 months but cob's are very enjoyable for the price, make a great "guest pipe" or just for trying new blends. Great review.

Reccomend some must try english blends?

Excellent. I haven't tried either of those yet but will certainly add them to my list. I hear Nightcap is about as potent as English tobacco's come and its definately drawn my interest. Thanks for the reccomendations.
