Flea Market find
I bought this pipe recently at a flea market for $7.50. The bowl seems to be made of something like bakelite. If that's what they used to make the old phones with. Fake Meerschaum
I guess it's pressed. I have several meerschaums and it smoked the same breaking in. It doesn't have any brand and was fairly cheap {$30} for a meer.- blownsmoke

Fake Meerschaum
Is there such a thing as a fake meerschaum. I bought a new one on e-bay recently and it seems heavier than a briar. Meerschaums have always been very light from what I have seen. Also I have smoked it for awhile now it has hardly colored at all.- blownsmoke

No ashtray in new car
I just bought a new 2011 Dodge Charger. I don't smoke in my car but I was looking for the ash tray and couldn't find one. I asked the salesman that sold me the car where it was and he said it didn't have one. Anybody else that has bought a new car notice this on other cars?- blownsmoke
