I do for all my collectibles; Zippos, knives, and pipes. Mostly because if I ever have to sell them all off, it's good to know what prices were paid originally for tax purposes 😝
I've got the prices as well in a column. I DO NOT want to total that column up. Lol. I'd probably have a heart attack by what the total cost would be.

After a long & gradual reduction of pipes, took a couple of photos of my Peterson’s the other day. A ‘bakers dozen’ which will do me from here on in. As Roberto Duran famously said after exiting the shop on Grafton Street for the last time……No Más!

That's a good lineup to keep.

Looks pretty clearly like 1971 to me.
Seconded, 1971.
I was thinking it could be the D as well, but it's hard to tell.
Im +1 for the 1971. That mark looks like the stem on the "d" was over buffed/worn.
The hallmark for the "d" looks more italicized compared toe the "o" according to this chart, which would lend to a 1971 hallmark.

Sorry guys I just saw your replies - somehow didn't get/see notifications.
Thanks for the extra input.
If 1971 that would account for the appearance of the "stems" that I originally mentioned.
It's pretty worn but I'll look again and indeed that "d" is a real possibility.
Thanks again.
