Replacement stems?

I am about to receive a new meer and would like a churchwarden stem to be able to interchange with the stem it is coming with.
You would think looking for replacements would be easier to find but I am having quite the go of it.

Anyone know where I could find something like that? Double points if i can choose colors

I’ve decided against a replacement stem as I would have to send in the pipe (I thought there might be common sizes) and pay 50 bucks. At that point I would rather just buy another pipe that is a Churchwarden and not have to lose my pipe for x amount of days.also don’t want to buy one from meer market incase it doesn’t fit. Thank you all for the recommendations!
