zippo lighter question

Finally got some fluid (Ronsonol) and it works great!!! Don't mind using matches but I have a mini lumber yard of discarded matches when I finish a pipe LOL.

I love my zippo pipe lighter. Best one I've had. I only use the zippo fuel because I think it leaves less of a fuel taste when I'm lighting my pipe. I could be believing the hype, but I really thought I noticed a difference.

I use an Old Boy most of the time, but always carry a Zippo with a pipe insert for outdoors. I use the newer black label Zippo fluid as it has very low odor and taste. It is worth looking for, and can be found in most tobacconist shops.

I am going to have to try to find the new Zippo fluid as I can't handle the flavor imparted by the other stuff.

Love my Zippo with pipe insert, but use the Zippo flints. Tried ronson flints, they only lasted a week and clogged up the spark wheel.

@Duncan - I just loaded my zippo with everclear. It works great, thanks for the tip!
