CSLewis said that? I don't know who said this one, but as profound as that one.“Battles are ugly when women fight.”

Sounds like the Cabbage Patch Doll craze of 1983.Both my wife and I worked retail in our early days together and the things we saw were just horrific. What part of holiday shopping requires law enforcement and EMT presence?? It would be unbelievable if it hadn’t become so normalized. Never ever ever again would I work retail!
its a quote from father christmas in the Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe when Lucy says she can fight to. the ugly in battle one i relized with my qoute it looks like i said Father christmas said the piss one lol.CSLewis said that? I don't know who said this one, but as profound as that one.
"One should take off his pants before taking piss."
Close enough it’s scary! Weird!Sounds like the Cabbage Patch Doll craze of 1983.
I agree and believe this is an abominable thing that should not exist. It’s another symptom of a sick society with a depraved appetite. All these things are produced by damned wicked old men to exploit young girls to entertain the blood lusts of the mob, for money.
We’re I the king these would stop.
Those are all somebody’s daughter, you know?
As long as everyone involved are consenting adults, go right ahead. It's not my thing at all and I won't be watching it. But if that's what they want to do to themselves, far be it from me to stop anyone. I seem to remember a couple Clint Eastwood movies where he was a bare knuckle boxer. Its hard to laugh at that and condemn this. Besides, here in Baltimore, I see this weekly driving around for work. Just with less padding for the contestants and more profanity from the audience.
I’m old-fashioned too (so will everyone be if he sticks to his values long enough) and make no apologies for it. The legality of stuff like this makes no difference to me. Many things are legal that are immoral, and this girl-fighting is a good example.First, I’m an old fashioned hillbilly Christian who grew up in a town where they didn’t have a high school dance for years, because the Baptists thought dancing was immoral.
Yet I know the sin cussed world is full of vice, sin, misery and woe, and the beer joints and strip clubs and dirty magazines are all a part of it. If you don’t want to sin, go to church instead.
But if the law allows public boxing matches with gloves and rules for women then it shouldn’t be so depraved as this is.
The only reason this exists in public is because the police don’t raid the matches.
Some things are just too wrong, you know?
Yes, but of course. You see, bare knuckle fight started in ancient time before English football hooligans picked it up. Among those ancient people were Picts. They were blue painted individuals before Victorian Queen made Scotts to wear fancy kilts with ribbons and what not. Picts were well known bare knuckle fighters and they were usually painted blue and tattooed black as to avoid showing their bruises. So the tradition has come down to modern bare knuckle fights. It is a wonderful tradition. The bare knuckle fighting federations are considering adding red tattoos to cover blood marks. Are tattoos compulsory to compete?

Jay.
We're one step away from the Roman coliseum events...except it'll look more like the movie Running Man.Unbelievable.
Bloodsport was never really my jam, but this is soooo far out there.
One of the advantages of getting older is the comfort of knowing I probably won't be around long enough to see the complete degradation of civilization, which apparently is underway.
I don't think we disagree. I think we're just looking at the issue from two sides, you looking at morality and I'm looking at legality.First, I’m an old fashioned hillbilly Christian who grew up in a town where they didn’t have a high school dance for years, because the Baptists thought dancing was immoral.

Yup. When I was younger my wife and I had an apartment in Baltimore and there used to be women fist fighting in front of it all the time. The odd thing is I used to just walk right through them when there was a break in the fight to get into the building and they would actually apologize and move aside. Then the fight would continue.Besides, here in Baltimore, I see this weekly driving around for work. Just with less padding for the contestants and more profanity from the audience.
