This Altinay Meerschaum I will smoke for a whole year in 2023;



This Sean Reum Pipes Lovat with a great rustication, the stem is very comfortable to me and I just love a long straight pipe;



And the first briar commission I have ever requested from J.Everett @cramptholomew, another long-ish lovat with a funky stem I really love;

That's why I find it's best to not let my cellaring personality know what my hoarding personality is doing...and vice versa.

I have an aversion to clutter, once something becomes clutter I have to throw it away. If something fits within a planned limit it's okay but can't exceed that.

I've sold more pipes than I bought in 2022. Below is a BST commission from earlier this year. This pipe stays in my possession, always. A magic pipe. I will find more time to smoke it in 2023:

Almost forgot this unsmoked Viggo Nielsen one . My of my favourite old school carvers.
Stunning birdseye and cross grain pipe, solid as a rock. My last pipe ac. of this past year.

I had my eye on this beehive Ardor for a while now and finally found an estate on sp for a reasonable price. I wanted a beehive pipe since reading about it in a book about middle earth pipes. Evidently Sam had one.

There are so many pipe-makers out there. Thanks for showing this. I looked at his website and he has very fine, delicate, smart-looking pipes. They are reasonably priced too.

This Steve Morisette is one I’ve been looking for a while. Few artisan carvers do as good a job with bamboo as Steve. Great addition to my bamboo collection.
