First I tap it out here!!!

Then I dump the ash and left over tobacco in here!!!

In the garage I use empty tobacco tins for my burnt matches. I have an old steel waste basket that I use for emptying my ashes. Nothing fancy. It works.

On e-bay, holds 36 pipes, old solid walnut and can be hung on a wall, had to pay dearly for it 100$ but I wanted it. The old cajun

I don't have a fave ashtray, but I know Salvador Dali ( melting clock artist, surrealist ) glued a large ashtray on the shell of a large tortoise that walked around his home I think he was a big cigar smoker..

I use a dollar midget ashtray from Walmart with a cork knocker gorilla glued to the center. It does the job and fits on my desk with my other crap.
One day, I'm going to nab one of those nifty Peterson deals though.

Here's a picture of mine. I never really considered it my favorite but it is definately my only ashtray. Made of Poplar I turned it on my wood lathe years ago when I was first learning.
