That kind of heat can drain you physically and mentally. Never fun. And you have to be extremely careful and stay hydrated. One minute you can be feeling just fine and the next... BAM! You're falling over from heat exhaustion. Being in Texas, I'm used to dealing with the heat myself, but that doesn't mean I like it. I prefer the winter months. It's easier to stay warm than stay cool. You can always put on more layers during the winter. But you can only take off so many layers before your being arrested for indecent exposure or causing a traffic accident.
Lordofthepiperings. Keep a shop rag with you that you can wet down and drape over the back of your neck. It will make it feel about 20 degrees cooler.
