Hi - can anyone tell me what a XELA is please? Tried searching but can't find anything here,

Is that a true silver hallmark? If so, you could look up "EP" on the silver marks list.
Or that Reg No. I've never seen "XELA" before.

It's a cute little BD, I'm watching it as well. It looks to be a nickel band with faux hallmarks, and I couldn't find anything on the REG No either.

For what its worth, EP marks in various forms were used to denote ElectroPlate silver. I suspect thats exactly what it means here as well.

I think EP is electro-plating
