MarkT (and son Glenn) have had a long-standing webpage American Smoking Pipe Company Home Page - http://www.amsmoke.com/ which lists loads of stuff about their pipes, and also is a store. Mark has been one of my go-tos for the bulldog shape, which some artisans find too hard to do.
