If it's just the shape that you're looking for, keep an eye out for a Peterson B19. Same shape but without the Great Explorers connection. Unfortunately I can't find one for sale anywhere today.

Nice, I actually have a Shackleton I got for 70$ cad brand new at a cigar store closing down about 8 years ago

I have seen a new, full set in black sandblast finish at The Briar and the Burley in Bloomington, Indiana. It has been there for years and was still there this summer, when Tim Garrity and I met up with Nate King to deliver him a corrected Master of Pipes certificate. The blasts weren't great and it's straight black, with no understain, as in the PSB. Not my jam.
