World of Pipes from 1970 (PIC HEAVY ! )

I went to visit my grandmother today and while I was there, I spent some time in my late grandfathers study. It is just as he left it. (minus his pipe collection that I have at my house) I was looking at some of his books and peeking out on the top of one of the bookshelves was this. The Wonderful World Of Pipes. First edition 1970.
It has some great articles, pictures, and advertisement. Thought I would share.

Oh my, I had it in 1970 and for many years there after! Now where did it get to?

I love that kind of tobacciana! I work around NJ/NYC so I always look up some of those addresses (like Oppenheimer, National Briar, etc.) Most of the locations have been gentrified, buildings razed, but the Cadogan office is still on that street.

My favorite advertisement is the Field & Stream.
If your wife says she doesn't go for the great autumn day aroma of Field & Steam, send her home to mother.
I don't know if anyone can see in the picture, but there's a plane ticket under the smoking pipe.
