No, they can't. They sometimes even throw out disclaimers during the show to the extent of, "Don't worry Instagram we aren't giving away cigars."

They ask “trivia” questions that aren’t searchable and are pretty much a guessing game.I think I entered this contest too if I’m not mistaken. I sign up for any sort of sweepstakes giveaways. But i didn’t win anything. Never do.
Hmm, I probably didn’t sign up for this one then. I just recently signed up to get emails though. That’s probably where I saw it. I’m still a cigar super noob. Didn’t even know cigar snob existed 2 months ago.
It’s a pretty good magazine. I subscribe and get an issue every two months. There’s no sign up for the contest. You just find them on X, Instagram, Facebook or YouTube on Fridays at 3:00. It’s a goofy trivia that’s mostly a guessing game. Like “What was this person’s favorite Italian meal?” I’ve actually won six times!
