they used to make clay pipes and have sold smoking frickafrack (haven't heard that term in a while). Yeah one problem I have with them and their nasal snuff. I try to only buy bulk (I don't know the magic formula but bulk snuff is always better then tinned, always) yet they make it hard to get in America.

and with pretty much zero statements as to why or even forewarning. I wonder what their reason was. I don't think it's likely but maybe some aspect became prohibitive and the moment it's not they'll be making them again. I don't know much about clay for clay pipes and if it's special or any ole clay will do or what. I know potters can get pretty particular but artist and craftsmen can get pretty picky about things of questionable value.

Take a look at that: sorry it’s only in German. They produce clays like 100 years ago.
