You can fix that very simply with pipe mud

Just insert a cleaner through the shank until it pokes into the chamber
Fill that defect with pipe mud
Leave to dry thoroughly (3-7 days depending on ambient humidity) before removing the cleaner
Clean up the edges of the new draught hole (very gently)

You’re good to go.
Smoke a few half bowls to set the mud

Quite a few recipes. Use the toolbar to do a "pipe mud" search
You can buy "commercial" mud.

I use cigar ash. Pipe ash often has unburnt tobacco, but will do as well, if sieved first.
Mix in water, drop by drop. It only needs enough to make a spreadable paste. Too dry or too wet and it won't stick well
I apply with a paddlepop stick or the spoon from a Czech pipe tool or bent over pipe cleaner
