Why do English/Balkan Blends Burn so Well?

So a little update for everyone. I tried a new packing method. For the last six years I’ve been using the three finger method and I’ve always had a hard time. I’ve just smoked through two bowls down to ash using the Frank method and it seems to have fixed my problems! Must have been a packing issue

Latakia burns cooler. It's not exactly the hell fire VAs are known for.
