After watching the excellent Mick Fleetwood And Friends DVD where Mick is joined by many artists from the rock music scene to play tunes by Fleetwood Mac's founder Peter Green.
There are about 20 musicians from around the world appearing on stage, some for just one song, some for several.
This got me wondering about who would be in my own band if I could make one up from living musicians. After much thought, here is what I came up with based upon my opinions of them as musicians with their particular instrument.....
Lead guitar: Joe Bonamassa (Self)
Rhythm guitar: Keith Richards (Rolling Stones)
Bass: Tommy Shannon (SRV & Double Trouble)
Drums: Mick Fleetwood (Fleetwood Mac)
Keyboards: Gregg Rollie (Santana & Journey)
Vocals: Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin)
So guys, who would be in your rock/blues supergroup?
Jay.
