I've been out of work since August 18th. I was hospitalized with a staph infection until Thursday and can't leave home. Due to our stringent policies about security, I can't access email with my computer or phone. Somehow I will get my work computer on Monday to try to pick up the thread and help. My apologies.

indeed get well. I have a had few issues with P&C shipping only. One time a broken cob, and another a damaged box of tins. Both were dealt with swiftly. The only issue I have had that took longer than my phone call was a backorder of an item, that in the time I ordered and by the time it was filled my CC was replaced and couldn't be charged.. so kinda my fault. I would love if Amazon would buy P&C... next day baccy!!! free shipping always...
