Yes, the issue is a horrible CS. Now, to the members who think I'm being a b.... : Perhaps my expectations of CS is too high for your standards. In my opinion, if I'm a business owner, and I have accepted $$ for a product that I do not have in stock or if I'm unable to fulfill for any other reason, I'd wouldn't pretend and lie to a customer, wouldn't pretend that order is already shipped, wouldn't change the order status back to "in process" while saying that shipping department is busy, but the order is about to be shipped. And in the end, especially if I'm the owner of well known store and care about my customers, I would just simply put the kit together, because there isn't lack of any components. That is what I would'be done, but than again, I would have to care about my customers.
