White Elephant Pipes?

I saw some White Elephant pipes pop up on SP & they caught my eye. Anyone have any experience with them?

No, but I saw them today too, and was also interested. I saw some with a silver button on the sten. Not sure if its decor or how the stem locks on and unlocks.
