Not sure if you’re talking about a tobacco pairing, or asking about cocktails or mixers for those. But for Four Roses- either a mint julep or an old fashioned. I like my bourbon neat, but those are some great, classic cocktails.
If tobacco, then I like Englishes with bourbon. I think Latakia pairs well enough. That being said, I usually had my bourbon and my tobacco separately. I think they are both better on their own. ?‍

I drink bourbon all the time while smoking. Don’t really have a certain tobacco while drinking, but just like Capt Morgan I drink Old Fashioneds when I pipe, UNLESS I drink Jameson’s with a bunch of ice to chew on while smoking.

I like stronger bold flavoured tobacco if I'm drinking, for example English blends with lots of Latakia and cigar leaf, or dark fired blends.

I second Woodford Reserve with a non-aromatic to balance its slight sweetness.
