Which hand survey

Right handed, hold the pipe (mostly) with my left hand.

I use either hand equally, probably. But, I always tamp holding the pipe in my left hand and my very expensive pipe nail in my right hand.

Right handed, hold pipe in right hand, clench on right side of my jaw. It feels odd to clench on left side or hold with left hand when required.

Righty. I switch back and forth. Ususally hold with the left to light/tamp, then where I'm at and what pipe I'm smoking dictates which had I use.

Usually pick up the pipe with right, put it in right side of mouth, but shift it to the left to light it with my right hand, pack with left, but

tamp down tobacco with left then right. So it tends to get shifted back and forth quite a bit, and from one side of mouth to the other.

I'm right handed, and right takes the lead, but left does most functions alternately except strike matches and tamping with nail.

Left everything. Left eyed, hear better in my left ear, lead with my left foot, left dominant in every way. The only time my pipe is in my right hand is when I'm either tamping or loading. Rest of the time it's either clenched in my teeth or in my left hand.

Like most I am right handed but the pipe fits the left hand better which allows me to light, tamp, drive, go through forums on iPad and use the little boys room when required. So I guess I am just ordinary ..

Sometimes if I wake up after having slept on my arm wrong and the feeling is dead in my arm, it feels like someone else is holding my pipe. Umm... Oh wait...

I always use my right. Any time I need my hand free; I'll go to a clench. The only time I hold the pipe with my left is when I am lighting it.

I'm right handed, and I will keep my pipe in my right hand if it's not being lit or tamped then it would be in my left hand.

I'm right-handed, but I don't really have a preferred hand when I'm not clenching. My patio arrangement has a small table to the left of my chair, so if I'm futzing with the pipe, I'll usually grab it with my right hand while scrabbling for a pipe tool or tamper with my left, but on the other hand, if I'm reading a book or an e-reader, it could go either way.

Right handed to tamp and light, but tend to clench on the left side. Because of this thread I tried to switch it up last night, but always ended back on the left side of the mouth.
