Dry it at home, in microwave, oven, hair dryer, lamp, whatever is convenient. Then jar or double or triple bag it to keep it dry.
Happy smoking!

Maybe a heat lamp?
If it's that humid in your place, maybe that's why you have a gurgling problem.
OTC's, such as Craptain Bleak, er Black are so laden with humectants that they just won't dry. Lane's BCA is another known offender: not only will it not dry, but it actually stains your fingers brown when you handle it: it smokes cool, yes, but it has a Bad Chemical Aftertaste. I'd avoid OTCs and stick to tinned blends such as Orlik and Capstan and Savinelli.
Dunhill blends that I've purchased come almost ready to smoke right off the tin. Unfortunately, Dunhill is no longer manufacturing pipe tobacco, which makes them a bit of a moot point.

Olkofri, for me I can't say BCA has rotten aftertaste, but even dry(ish) it does gunk up the fingers. I can live with it because I like the stuff, but I *would* rather it didn't.
