Where to order meer mortise/tennon replacement

Gentlemen, i need to buy a few replacement mortise/tennon combinations for some of my meers. What online shop carries these? Do they come in different sizes?

a friend of mine just had a stem made for his calabash by Floyd Norwood. It looks great. Look up Norwood pipe Repairs. He does great work, reasonable prices and good turn-around time.

See White Push Pulls 5/16" Reg or 3/8" Large $10.20 a dozen. Always

replace the mortise & the tenon as a set. The mortise can be removed

using a flat bladed screwdriver & turning in a counterclockwise direction.
