Where the heck is Uncle Arthur?

I bought two of the last posting of in stock pipes from him and he has dropped off the end of the Earth. Anyone know?

somebody recently think that the forum is nothing else than a pipe shop.That in some way is boring.So don't know if Uncle is one of these guys .Time will answer

Yeah, Im in the same boat, still waiting for a pipe, he said he'd ship it, but then disappeared. I hope everything is alright with him, I can wait for the pipe lol

He is like the Uncle Arthur on the old tv show. He pops in for a spell and then poof, he's gone. He'll pop back in again I'm sure.

I did get an email from him 10 days ago saying he was a bit under the weather. I pray he's doing fine. After all, not all of us are youngsters anymore.
Or perhaps he's just having the time of his life with those college girls that showed up :rofl: good for him !

Yeah, a few of us are waiting on pipes. I received my Altinook meer in the meantime and have been enjoying that awaiting the inevitable return of our good Uncle Arthur.

His health is not good and perhaps that is why he is absent. He's a good guy and I'm sure he'll take care of business as soon as he is able.

I'm waiting on a UA, too. I know he's finished it but I don't question his integrity. He'll make good in due time.

Hey, I hope that I wasnt misunderstood, I have no problem waiting, he is a nice guy and gave me a good deal on the pipe. All my concerns are, are that he is ok. He was so nice when I contacted him that i would hate for something bad to happen to him

Thats one thing I can do is wait. May not be my favorite thing, but I would rather him be okay and not get the pipe, than him not be ok and get it

If i right remember this is not the first time that happen. I have nothing to say about Uncle i only explain what i usually do in my life: If i get the money today, at last i will ship tomorrow even if an earthquake or a blizzard will come.Then i feel free to do everything i like .Sounds strange? No sounds normal
