Where Presidents Got their Tobacco?

Where, in the US, did Pres.'s Roosevelt, Truman, PM Churchill, & dictator Stalin, buy pipe tobacco or cigars?

No US sales to Russia! Churchill, when in US would have had a butler bring enough tobacco and cigars.

I imagine the US presidents had one of their staff contact local B+M's plus Dunhill's all of whom would be happy to supply a president with whatever tobacco, gratis.

During the war Churchill received lots of "gifts" of cigars. They were all destroyed for fear of poisoning. And at the same time Stalin was getting his pipe tobacco from the U.S. in the diplomatic pouch. For what JFK did, click below.

They should of had a great fear of assassination from buying tobacco so they didn't. Most of their stuff was acquired by aides from reliable sources,
