Please don't give me too much credit. I'm just doing my job. When I saw the picture of the chamber, it was pretty obvious to me that there must have been a flaw in the wood, and our in-house pipe maker, Dan Chlebove, agreed with me that it should be replaced. The folks in customer service did the heavy lifting. I'm just glad we were able to make a customer happy.
