I live up in the North of Idaho, beautiful scenery and we still hold all of our freedoms. While reading this I realized I live damn close to flyguy how about that and I thought that I was the only pipe smoker left in the state(chewing tobacco is huge as well as cigarettes on the other hand).

The Hills of Tennessee
I'm from Cleveland, TN which is between Chattanooga and Knoxville, in the foothills of the Ocoee mountains. It's a great little town, 2 B&M's, lots of hole-in-the-wall restraunts and big chain ones to, 30min from 3 major lakes, several smaller ones, and 3 major rivers. We're also only a couple hours from The Great Smokey Mountains and Gatlinburg. Of course, the Ocoee Mountains are practically right out my back door. There's plenty of great hunting, fishing, camping and hiking to be done around here. There's also a lot of great roads with a lot of twisties to ride motorcycles on, we're only an hour from Cherohalla Skyway which connects with The Dragon.

Really, how in the hell do three people in a very low population state end up in the same forum, I at least thought if there were other Idahoans that they would be from the south, but no all northern regioners, very cool I must say.

I have lived in Edinburgh most of my life. Edinburgh, Scotland that is, where real men put a drop of water in their malt, wear nothing under their kilts and the lassies run scared (or pretend to!. It is a small but very beautiful capital city with fantastic old pubs. But sadly in the last 10 years the number of pipe shops has dwindled from four to just the one.
It boasts an ancient medical school which was internationally pre-eminent in the 18th and 19th centuries (Burke and Hare etc), and Edinburgh-trained Scots were responsible for setting up US schools in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia and McMaster in Canada. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Charles Darwin were medical students here. I am fortunate also to have trained and now to work here in this history-steeped place.
I will never leave this lovely city - unless it is up a crematorium chimney as a cloud of BBF-scented smoke!!
PS Am I the only Scotland representative on this site??

I'm in Chester, South Carolina. It's about an hour below Charlotte, North Carolina. I don't see many members that live around me.

One of the many, many, many, many (etc.) cruddy little suburbs about 20 miles north of Dallas, TX. I grew up in (and miss) the hills in central Texas.
