Decisions Decisions.... Pot.... or.... Acorn/Dublin. I like the angular one.. looks like a check mark. I like the stem color on the pot, but otherwise it's kinda ordinary. The chamber dims are similar, with the pot being slightly wider and shorter. Both are about 0.10-0.13 wider than the others in my herd.

It's personal preference obviously, but I like the one on bottom better personally.
I like my pipes fairly traditional and classic.

For me, I'd say the pot as that is more my style. Whatever one you choose I'm sure will be a great smoking pipe for you.

Wide chamber and “U” shaped will enable you to access more flavour but you also have to watch your cadence as you have a larger ember to deal with. I smoke Castello pots almost exclusively

Would it be fair to say that the Dublin would be nicer for Va and VaPer blends, and the Pot would be just the thing for English or Burleys?

Personally, I think the Dublin's kinda rad, man!

Pretty sure that Dublin is a 904. I won't speak for Embers, but I do know he has quite a few of those.

Edit to add. Personally I'd pick the 904. The pot is boring to me.

I'd go with the pot. They wrecked the 904 dublin a few years ago by topping the bowl and making the shank thicker. They should look like this.

I'm leaning toward the Sav Dublin for the attitude AND the Rossi pot for the practicality.

I am a much bigger fan of the pot shape. Either way, you can’t go wrong with a Savinelli.
