Whats Your Lawn-Mowing Blend?

I may be weird, but I don't like smoking the pipe while doing other activities. Guess I just don't multi-task very well. I don't even like smoking it while I'm out for a walk. My preference for pipe smoking is sitting on the patio and puffing on it while I contemplate life. I might have some music going in the background, but that's about the only distraction I can handle while smoking.

Not weird, just a preference. I pretty much only like to smoke when I’m doing something.

Haven't tried smoking and mowing yet but I want to. I’ll definitely be choosing a non-bitey tobacco as I have a hard enough time now smoking too fast just sitting down and doing nothing but smoking.

I'm disappointed in the lack of people who have blends dedicated just for mowing the lawn.

I pack two Missouri Meerschaum Legend cobs with my local B&M Vanilla Pie aromatic blend. Doesn’t taste just fabulous but does beat the hell out of the oil, gas, and engine smells. I ride mow and the yard is big enough that I can get two full bowls in. Also, I use a golf tee to tamp as I don’t want to lose a good tamper to the mower.

I pretty much always smoke a pipe while I mow (push mower), and it’s always just whatever blend I currently have on-hand. I’m pretty sure my neighbors all laugh at me. I see them smiling as they drive by and wave. I guess I do appear like a bundle of inconsistencies: I smoke a pipe (an old thing) while mowing with an electric mower (a new thing).

For consistency’s sake, maybe you should get a manual (non-motor) mower?
