I have a number of MM Country Gents that I smoke throughout the day. My all-day blend is Angler's Dream, though I also rotate in Mac Baren Golden Extra and Burley London Blend, along with the occasional Carter Hall. I'll occasionally through in an aromatic. Lately I've been favoring those of Pipeworks & Wilke.
I usually smoke my VaPers and Virginias in the evening, though I enjoy Escudo first thing in the morning and will sometimes throw it into the mix during the day if I'm inside.

I have seven MM Ponies that I rotate throughout the week, which are my "to and from work/at work" pipes. I rarely take a briar out of the house... Not that any of them are more than $40.00 pipes, it's just easier taking the cobs. So yeah... I start my day with a bowl of a mild VA flake, smoke that same pipe until I get home from work, albeit is filled with a Va/Per or Va/Bur by lunch time, then switch to my briars when I get home, usually smoke Luxury Navy Flake, until 10:00 or so, which is usually when I start smoking 965 or Nightcap.

Everyday is a different day, different pipe and different tobacco, as available. Really like, Hiland's Black Gold and English Lite. Learning to smoke some Virginia's, Orlik Golden, SG Full Virginia and some Briar Fox. Just ordered some Mississippi River, looking forward to giving that a try. Bought a handmade USA pipe from a builder in Penn. and he sent me some, K9, that is really good. Said it was his blend. May have to get some more of it.

Carter Hall is my all day every day favourite smoke and one of my Brigham Chinooks is what sees the most action. However I'm loving MM 965 right now which also get put through the Chinooks. Hmm, sounds like I need to buy more Chinooks!

No such thing for me. I keep 6-7 open jars going all the time, with a different style in each one. And since I dedicate my pipes to these styles, I choose the pipe and the tobacco I'm craving on any particular day.
But I will say that I usually have Penzance going in one of the jars, although I've held back a bit on that, now that it's becoming difficult to acquire. If I were to ever have to live on just one tobacco, that would be it. (But with only 3 and a half pounds in the cellar, that's not currently very realistic.)

seanavan:
Which "London Blend"? Dan Tobacco's London Blend #1000? (That's one of my favorites.)

I don't keep to an everyday smoke or singular pipe, I have many tobaccos open at any one time. No matter what thought I always have an Oriental dominate blend going and more often than not reach for it, something like Red Rapparee or the Grand Oriental line or Peretti's Tashkent.
The same with the pipes, but usually I smoke something in one of my GBD Rhodesians or Algerian Lovats, at least once a day.

I'm real new to the hobby. My first order was two cobs and FMOTT, C&D Autumn Evening, C&D Bayou Night, Escudo, and Orlick Golden Sliced. Trying to stick with those till I get more of a feel for them. I now have a cheap briar, but daily I can't seem to smoke anything other than Orlick Golden Sliced in my MM Country Gentleman.

I have been really enjoying Larry's Blend (a lot of Lat) mixed with 1q To cut down the lat a bit and have really been enjoying it, it's almost a home made frog Morton blend lol

Deuce I have every blend you mentioned and they are all winners! If you love orlick look at newsmiester (spelling?) 403 it's a high quality cheap bulk that's similar and I actually like better.

My absolute favorite everyday smoke is sold out everywhere. Even the B&M is sold out of it. I will remain silent on what it is, so as to not jinx its return.

I rotate my pipes and tobaccos as well. But, I have a tobacco in a dedicated pipe that I have been smoking daily, Haddos Delight in my Becker in the afternoon. When my main tobacco comes back in stock, I will be buying it up to prevent running out again.

I have a lot of pipes and many blends, all favourites. But the pipe that is smoked most is my Peterson System bent billiard, not least because it is very robust and is one of my 'travelling pipes'. Judging by how quickly it disappears the blend would be GH&Co Balkan Flake.

Lately I've been smoking alot of LBF in my danish sovereign danske club, the blend is really growing on me, but I think it's because it's aged for a bit now. Usually though it's EMP in the morning in the winter time, and then el ricon de la pipa #1 in the morning in the spring/summer and then back to EMP when it gets to fall weather.

@deuce look into estates, I have several briars I bought dirt cheap that are quite expensive pipes new and smoke great, however the one cheap briar I paid over twice as much for new I don't really like as it just doesn't smoke nearly as good as my estates.

I usually only smoke a Finnish Philip Morris blend sold as "pipe tobacco" called Kilta. It's actually not bad. It doesn't stink and burns nicely straight from the pouch. During the week I stuff it into a short bent or stubby to enjoy over breakfast but at weekends I empty about half a pouch into one of my oversized pipes. Saves the trouble of refilling the thing every hour! Just knock the ash out and fire up again.

As of late my Falcon pipes have been seeing a lot of use, though I do rotate others in. I smoke Virginia and VA/Per blends, but bounce around a lot amongst many.
