not so much for me... but still yeah budget sucks.

If i had just sampled a tin of old gowrie last year, i could have saved so much effort. Id have 5 pounds in the closet, and 5 pipes smoking it. but id have saved soooo much issues.

Yes, it sucks immensely. But as @Chasing Embers points out, this is just par for the course in 2025.

Mac Baren and Sutliff were two of my favorites, so when I heard the first rumblings, I acted swiftly and to the greatest extent my budget would allow for. Cellar now, mourn later.

It could happen to any company at any time, so it's always best to hedge against both price increases and discontinuations. Either that, or log on to TinBids and bend over.
