Two enduring favorites right now are Tabac-Manil Semois and PC Home and Hearth Midtown series Chestnut. I try to rotate with many good blends, but sometimes veer back to these just for shear pleasure. McB's Old Dark Fired right up there too.

I plan to go to Ireland next year. Is it bad that I'm checking customs to see just how much Condor plug I can bring back?? I mean 10 packs shouldn't be an issue I wouldn't think.. LOL

Christmas Cheer. I always tell people, my life goal is to have enough Christmas Cheer when I retire to last me the rest of my life. I love that stuff.

Condor Long Cut, GH Sam's Flake, Middleton Walnut, or MacB BLB. I've got decent supplies of Walnut and BLB, but could always use more. Condor Long Cut will have to come in trades, if ever I again get the opportunity, and the Sam's Flake seems to be on back-order with everybody.

I ran out of Irish Flake, and apparently it is made by Oompa Loompas in Detroit now using inferior leaf and blueberry topping, so I'm crushed.
But generally, I can't get enough of these:
  • Cornell & Diehl - Burley Flake #1[/*]
  • Cornell & Diehl - Old Joe Krantz[/*]
  • Dunhill - Nightcap[/*]
  • Dunhill - Royal Yacht[/*]
  • Dunhill - MM965[/*]
  • Five Brothers - Five Brothers[/*]
  • Former - Straight Grain Flake[/*]
  • Gawith, Hoggarth & Co. - Kendal Kentucky[/*]
  • Peterson - Peterson's Perfect Plug[/*]
  • Peterson - Irish Oak[/*]
  • Rattray - Stirling Flake[/*]
  • Rattray - Hal O' The Wind[/*]
  • Tabac Manil - La Brumeuse[/*]
  • Pipes and Cigars - Dark Fired Kentucky Burley[/*]

Escudo, FVF and Wessex Brigade Campaign Dark Flake.
I don't care for them personally, but in several years you cats are going to enjoy my aged tins.

GLP Renaissance. Perhaps it was because I haven't smoked it in about 12 years or that it was the first English that I loved and then it was gone. But I remember it as being absolute bliss. It was so complex and forgiving, with floral notes and leather and.... probably the same things currently available in a hundred other blends.
Here's the sick part. I have 1 2oz tin and 8oz. package that I am selling because smoking it would just remind me how I will miss it. :)
