Thanks for all the responses, very helpful. Looks like Molto Dolce is the overwhelming winner so far. Perhaps they should have called it Molto Dottle. I appreciate the loose packing advice, as I do have a tendency to cram it in like sardines in a tin. Thanks again all!

Motto Dolce of course. But I have some Lanes 1Q, just the bottom of a small jar's worth, and it feels more moist than when I bought it more than a decade ago. I'm not sure even PG has this longevity. Smells like a cheap cola drink. I think I keep it just as some nail a Twinkie to the garage wall.

Some sort of house "toffee mix" from a small B&M in North Carolina. It was a gift from a forum buddy. The gesture was appreciated, but it's just not my cup of tea.

D&R: London Dock... Imagine, if you will, a soft mushy pink urinal cake, which has turned brown, sizzling away in your pipe; with a tin odor so strong, you have to separate this mixture from all your other tabaks if you don't throw it out first - or risk pollution if you dare to keep it in your home. - Sherm Natman
Sounds promising. Alas, it's no longer on the market.

Some sutliff raspberry goop
Oh yes, this was a really bad one too! I remember the box for the entire tobacco order smelled of some sort of weird late-70s head shop incense because of this 'black goop' stuff. We opened the bag to smell and feel the stuff, and just looked at each other with one of those "wft!?!" looks. We did not smoke it, and after constantly smelling this powerfully annoying raspberry incense smell everywhere coming from the bag - it was distracting us from going through all the other 'real' tobaccos we had in the order - my friend told me to get it out of the house and toss in his garbage can outside. It ghosted his garbage can for over a week. Bad stuff; very, very bad. Somethings in life, you simply cannot 'unsmell'. - Sherm Natman

Davidoff Brazil Virginia. I do like their cigarillos, so I took the chance at a B&M but was not aware they would put their name on a goopy aromatic like this. But on the other hand, almost all pipe tobaccos on the shelves at B&Ms are goopy aromatics, more or less, so apparently some people must be buying/smoking this stuff. Not me. Never again.

I haven't tried too many goopy aromatics but Molto Dolce has to be the wettest smoke. Not my cup of tea but many people like that part of pipe smoking. Having to baby a smoke is part of what makes some stick with pipe smoking. They like to fiddle and poke and comment and smoke stuff that smells like cookies and feels like a wet rag or stuff that smells like a camp fire and is as dry as kindling. It takes all kinds. I've even heard that some like those corn cob pipe things...... ;)

While Molto Dolce, the Rice Krispies snap-crackle-and-pop of pipe tobaccos, is high on the list for blends I've tried, the wettest goopiest blend I've ever smoke was Milan Tobacconist Poochie's Blend. Many of the Milan Tobacconist offerings are among my personal favorites, but Poochie's Blend was over the top soaked with toppings. I should give it another try, but now I'd let it sit out for a few days first...
