Crockpot chili

Pan fried noodles with sautéed green peppers, zucchini and sausage.

Freshly butchered rabbit. The wife is working her magic as we speak.
Chili sounds great, perfect time of year.

Crock pot full of beans, ham hocks and onions plus fresh cornbread.

Roast turkey, potato filling, succotash, gravy and cherry pie for dessert.

A MidEastern chicken dish with cumin, turmeric, cyanne pepper, cinnamon, and other good stuff; we're running a little late, but boy it smells worth the wait. I run through and compost and tote things, and try to stay out of the way. A feast is on the way.

My wife and I attended a reunion for our residency and fellowship days at the Childrens Nation Medical Center in the Newseum in Washington, DC. Heavy au d'oeuvres which were wonderful. Plus the wine offered was also excellent. Make no mistake, we certainly don't eat like this on a regular basis!

Porch chops and apple sauce here. Scalloped potatoes coupled with glazed carrots on the side.

Ribeye steak, potatoes, squash, rolls. All is good!

Just getting over a cold so made up a big chicken stir fry with lots of fresh ginger and jalapenos and served it over basmati rice. Yummy.
