What Zippo is This?

It's called a Contempo. It was Zippos first butane lighter and was also made in Japan. It holds fuel but won't light.

From what I understand Zippo won't repair these.

I couldn't get it working again and Zippo said they don't fix them. They will however, give me a $50 gift card and let me keep the broken lighter.
