I tried every tobacco product made over time and liked them all. I smoked a pipe off and on for over 30 years but started in earnest about four years ago. My dad smoked a pipe after the 1964 Surgeon General's report came out instead of cigarettes so that's where I got the idea to try the pipe. If I knew what I know now I would be smoking a pipe for the last 30 years instead of the fits and starts because of my gross ignorance.

My Grandpa smoked cigarettes since he was 11, and pipes since he was 20. He gave it all up in the early 80's, but occasionally I will see him take a sniff of his old tobacco pouch that held hand-blended Irish Killarney from Ted's pipe shop at Utica Square in Tulsa. I grew up with his old Missourri Meerschaum in its holder on the coffee table in the living room, and always loved to pick it up and smell it. Thus, the pipe journey began.

I was very careful with what I got and how I started. I watched many videos, looked at my options for lower-middle range pipes and read a lot of tobacco reviews to guess what I would like.
Well, I still got that tongue bite stage regardless
