Yes, but did you use XXX Plateau grade Bondo? Makes a difference.

Of my 20 pipes, 2 are cobs, 1 is a briarworks bambino, 1 is an excelsior canadian, and the rest are kaywoodies.

My newest pipe is a country gentleman so I have posted a bit about cobs lately. I am still getting past the "cobs are like mopeds" mentality...

Ah yes, I have a personal experience with my lord and saviour carter hall I have my rob roy cob and ch at the job trailer for when the mood strikes. That is a winning combination.

I like the white paint as it is. It's either under-used or notably durable. I don't own any painted pipes, and I'm not especially drawn to them. But this is a good job with the paint. Why not leave it alone and buy an unfinished Sav, new or used, to fill that need? And/or rescue a pipe that is otherwise unpresentable. Just my thinking.
