Other than the rim charring, that's the best looking example of a Castello that I think I've ever seen.

I figured it out, “in his house” means he rents a room, he was going through the other housemate’s stuff looking for stuff to sell for drug money and one of the other people in the house is a pipe smoker. Baaam! Jinkies another mystery solved, gang!
