What Pipes Do You Wish You Had?

Those can get pricey. But they sure are nice pipes. I hope you do land a smoking deal on an estate.
Apropos of my post above, there is a black-and-white image in one of my family's photograph albums of my paternal grandfather smoking a rusticated, saddle-bit, billiard pipe, and the look on his face is one of pure enjoyment. That's one pipe I surely wish I had!
Already have a couple of fellows in mind.
There’s a few out there and the owners know I want them. I’m patient but time is not on our side.
Not collections but a specific pipe or two in their collection.

I hear that. Between a thing I read the other day and your post, I made a thread sort of about that. I wish I could get out to meets and things and see people's collections. Seattle Pipe Club occastionally had club get togethers, but nothing like a real meetup. One day I would like to make the Richmond show, the Vegas show, or (dare to dream) Chicago.
This one got morbid fast. Other than ones my kids may pick out, the rest of mine are going into a bonfire with my tobacco when I'm released from the land of the living.
Do you have a historical drawing you want of her would the actress who plays her be ok? I think a historical rendering in meerschaum would be fantastic!
I speak of the historical Lady Trieu, who was nine feet tall, had breasts four feet long, and was quoted as wanting to kill whales.
Maybe an image in profile of her on an elephant, murdering an aquatic mammal.

The other day I accidentally clicked on a p2s ad (above) and ended up looking at Tatsuo Tajima pipes. I’d love to have Mountains #40 and/or one of the volcanoes.
I’d also like to have my dad’s pipe from the few weeks in the late 70s when he and my uncles smoked them. No idea what happened to it.
It’d be great to have a pre-1945 pipe. That’s probably more likely than the others.
