Maybe a Castello Perla Nera? Maybe a Dunhill Dress Pipe. I kind of doubt either would use a brass ring. Could be a pipe for much less money. Maybe something around a hundred instead of 500 plus.

Peterson makes ebony pipes with solid color and high gloss, like my B11 brandy sitter Killarney, but it looks like highly finished briar, whereas that pipe, as someone else said, looks more like plastic. Or maybe the finish is plastic looking, hard to say. The shape doesn't look like Peterson to me; they make some bent billiards with those proportions, but enough different to be noticeable.

For a few bucks more, you could get a Dr. Grabow Royalton with an acrylic stem, or a Rossi made by Savinelli in a variety of shapes, or a Kaywoodie Saxon if you can track one down, any of which would last you the rest of your life in all likelihood. That pipe is likely made of softer wood, may have some toxic material used in its finish, and may not be well drilled or fitted. I wouldn't buy it, but you might win the bet and get a good pipe, plus shipping.
