As far as capitalization goes, it's a rule, and I get that. But I don't get bothered by lack of capitalization. I still see and read the thread titles just fine with or without it. I just think maybe it's best to just inform a mod via PM and let them handle it. Often times, a mod has already seen something and is working on it. If not, a message will inform them if they haven't seen the issue yet and then they'll get on it pretty quickly.

My take was it wasn't so much about the title- a mistake most of us have made— but about the body of the text, which was done on purpose, I guess to demonstrate some sort of individualism, or a 'screw you' attitude, whatever.
Again, a pathetic reason to fold one's tent.
