Got my Pandora running my "Celtic" station -- Gaelic Storm, Natalie MacMaster, Battlefield Band, Soals etc etc.
Not be confused with my much more raucous "Dropkick Murphys" station -- DKM, The Pogues, Flogging Molly, etc etc

When I get into work, I put in my earbuds and turn on www.jazzradio.com (actually I use the app on my phone) and then I pick the channel that best suits my mood. It helps keep the cacophony of noises from our office from distracting me while I work.

"I don't know anywhere else I can find Massive Attack, Blondie, 7 Year Bitch, and Cypress Hill on the same page. Bravo Gentlemen!"
Yes indeed. Very cool cats here all around.

David Live 1974 | Original recording reissued
Love this Bowie album. Earl Slick and David Sanborn. But apparently Bowie himself thought it was a POS.
Bowie later commented that "David Live was the final death of Ziggy… And that photo on the cover. My God, it looks like I’ve just stepped out of the grave. That’s actually how I felt. That record should have been called 'David Bowie Is Alive and Well and Living Only in Theory'"
I just love to listen to it. Over and over.

Love these Girls
Jackswilling, seeing this has inspired me to listen to The Gits tonight. Have you heard the story behind their lead singer's (Mia Zapata) death?

I really can't get over this new Nick Cave record. But I did find some time to listen to Jeff Beck, Blow by Blow.

Yes sir. Ergo the name of the album, "Viva Zapata" They opened for The Gits early on. They were tight. That was a magic time in the Northwest.
Now on to the progenitor of it all

Poly Styrene and the legendary X-Ray Spex

I got the album going

Let's Submerge: The Anthology
