Marty lived across the street from one of my good friends when I was in Jr High. He had the coolest gold Cadillac with long horns attached to the grill. Unfortunately I didn't become a fan of his music until later in life.
Drive Like Jehu’s seminal record Yank Crime. Thinking about the singer, Rick Froberg because he passed away in his sleep 3 nights ago at the age of 55. Very sad for punk and post punk rockers like me. Rick was a real one and he will be sorely missed. Drive Like Jehu fucking melts faces so wear a mask if you decide to listen.
