I have a BBB Billiard I recently came into possession of, and I have no clue about the make/model.

It has the typical three B logo, but below it, reads to me like, WYTE WAY then REGD below this name, on the other side London Made.

Anyhow have a clue about this?

Thanks :)

Ok, where’s all the BBB pros at? hmm 🤔 LOL 😆

I’ve Googled all around, I literally haven’t found out a thing about a BBB WYTE WAY Billiard... hmm 🤔

The BBB Wyteway, like all English BBBs, was made by A. Frankau & Co. The Wyteway had appeared in industry price lists and fancy goods brand directories by 1931 and continued to be listed through at least 1967. Pricing (7/6 for all of the 1930s) placed it more or less in the middle of Frankau’s line.

Is there anywhere online I can read about Wyteway?

I don’t understand what you mean 7/6 for all of the 1930s?

Thanks

P.S. I noticed there’s a 2 stamped under London Made.

No idea, but I strongly doubt it. This is an obscure model. I told you everything I know and it came from research into trade materials gathered over the course of many years of visits to business libraries.

That means the retail price of the Wyteway was stable at 7 shillings and 6 pence throughout the decade. The point is less about price volatility and more about where the Wyteway stood in the BBB lineup of pipes.
