Again great answers. I am the minority that doesn't like Latakia. I've got to find some blend that aren't goopy aromatics, but not Lat bomb english's. Virginia's probably don't fall into the easy camp. I've fried myself a few times with Dark Twist, Navy Flake, and even Golden Sliced.
Is it lame to to mix some of the Virginia's with 1Q or RLP-6 something "easy to light and go"?
Suggestion for not Lat lovers. After a few tries, Dreams of Kadath dried a bit more and fully rubbed out is tasting great and smoking well.

That's more common than you might imagine.

Bone dry and packed lightly make Virginias a breeze.

Only if you don't enjoy smoking them that way.

For me, "Easy to smoke" is where the Dunhill ribbon cuts really shine. Perfect moisture content from the tin, easy to pack, easy to light, stay lit as well as any other, don't bite even when pushed, no wet goopy mess in the heel of the bowl. Hard to beat them when it comes to "easy to smoke."
