Only one thankfully a poker off eBay were the stem is really thick. Only paid 20 for it and it was a terrible smoker so it just sits on the rack.

Hmm....buying multiple briar pipes before buying a single cob, only to later find out I really prefer cobs and acrylic stems with them. Lighter, smoke cooler and sweeter for me. Maintenance is far less, don’t have to polish and sand stems. They take a beating, are cheap compared to briar, etc.
I am reasonably familiar with the area. Was only suggesting a possible "location" that could be used. May be too volatile anyway.
I am near the western region of Saudi Arabia. More specifically in mecca province. It is the 3rd largest province of the country. I guess I could use it as my location?
I've consider an other Peterson, but perhaps I should venture no further than the Derry 408. Love it!!

This is me. I smoke cobs almost exclusively now. Sold or gave away most of my briars. I saved a few for various reasons, but rarely ever smoke them. I'll probably end up unloading the remaining ones as well at some point. In all the years I've been smoking pipes, I sure wish I'd figured this out earlier on.
A cheap pipe off fleabay when I first started buying things off there. I still have it, however it never gets used. Just a reminder to pay more attention to what I purchase. As I think it is wood but no idea the coating.

Buying a few new briar pipes lately that I know I will never really smoke much, but they are pretty and look good on a small pipe rack I was not using. It's really cobs I enjoy and they don't need no rack.
Not turning anything political, but most people are just people. Every country has their ideas on top of the pyramid, but at the end people are people. Everyone has troubles, hardships, doubts, and different beliefs. Social media has almost influenced all countries to a tremendous degree. You will notice a lot of overlapping ideas floating around. There is the bad and the good in each country. So for all that I am concerned, my only wish is to get the best out of each one here.
