Let's say that you desire a #123 pipe for your collection.
Let's say that a brand new #123 sells for $100.
Let's also say that there is a #123 on Ebay that has good pics and is said to be lightly used by the previous owner, and the seller has a 100% rating.
At what point, as the bidding price rises, would you stop and say, "Naw, at this price, I'd rather spend (??) dollars MORE and purchase a brand new #123?"
