Six weeks is a long vacation for me so I’d want a reasonable amount of variety.

A C&D burley for my morning smoke.

Briarfox for my all day smoke.

A straight Virginia and a VaPer, something that is not fussy.

An aromatic, because I want those around me to like the smell of pipe smoke.

Something with Latakia.

I’ve been wanting to try more Virginia/Oriental blends like Sunday Picnic and Oriental Silk. So one of those.

I wouldn’t bring anything that requires a lot of dry time or prep. If I did I would prep ahead of time. I would definitely bring my pipe boy. He packs all my pipes for me and cleans them.

In my last trip for a short holiday I brought with me indeed three tobaccos: Larsen Scarlet Passion (morning), Mac Baren Vintage Latakia (after lunch and after dinner) and Charatan Rolls (afternoon and before bed)

I have 3-4 weeks in KC coming up for work, I’ll pack up 30-40 various cigars and a couple boxes of Cohiba clubs as well as pipe tobacco and send it to a friend there for my arrival. Pipe tobacco will be the easier to decide on, a tin of Presbyterian, one 100g OGS, and a bunch of Newminster 400. I’ll probably find a shop and buy a couple other tins just to support the local B&Ms. the cigars will get smoked with my coworkers, i enjoy sharing Habanos with them and telling them about the different cigars, in this case a couple Davi No 1 from 1987(Cuban) to celebrate this project starting, one for me and one for the sales guy that got the deal, it’s worth it because i like him and i love traveling on the company dime. ?
